These terms cover your use of lerneva.com. The website is run by MCPWing, the company behind Lerneva. The Lerneva Kids and Lerneva Mentor apps will have their own terms when they launch.

A product in development

Lerneva is still being built. The app previews on this website are interactive designs, not the finished apps. Features, plans and prices described here may change before launch, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell a subscription.

Using the website

You may browse the site and try the previews for your own information. Please do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it was not designed for, or copy it for a competing product.

Brand and content

The Lerneva name, logo, illustrations and website content belong to MCPWing. You may not use the Lerneva name or logo in a way that suggests you are Lerneva or are endorsed by us, without our written permission.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, MCPWing is not liable for losses arising from use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website and apps develop. The date at the top shows the latest version.
