Lerneva is a product of MCPWing ("we", "us"). This page explains what happens to personal data on this website, lerneva.com. Lerneva Kids and Lerneva Mentor are still in development. They will have their own detailed privacy notice before anyone can sign up.

The short version

• This website has no accounts, sign-up forms, advertising or third-party trackers.
• We do not set cookies.
• Fonts, images and scripts are served from lerneva.com itself, not from other companies.
• We never sell personal data.

What this website collects

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our service provider.

Visit statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Demo progress. The interactive app previews save your demo choices in your own browser's local storage so the demo remembers where you were. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Children

This website is meant for parents, guardians, tutors and teachers. It does not ask for or collect information from children.

When the Lerneva apps launch, a child's profile will be created and managed by an adult. We will ask a parent or guardian for verifiable consent before processing a child's personal data, as required by laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU and UK GDPR. Children will never need an email address or password, and the apps will carry no advertising or third-party tracking.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@mcpwing.com with the subject "Lerneva privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page when the website changes, and before the apps launch. The date at the top shows the latest version.
